By accessing reason-waypointway.click or reserving a clinic seat with Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

2. Services described

The site describes Elliott wave annotation clinics, workshops, and private chart reviews. Descriptions are informational. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and any requested deposit.

3. Instructional nature

Sessions teach chart annotation and rule application. They do not constitute investment advice, brokerage services, or personalised trading recommendations. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.

4. Intellectual property

Clinic materials, rule checklists, website copy, and branding remain the property of Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited unless otherwise stated. You may keep your personal annotated notebooks. You may not reproduce clinic packs for commercial teaching without written permission.

5. Accounts and communications

Messages sent through the contact form must be accurate. We may refuse bookings that conflict with capacity, preparation requirements, or prior unpaid fees.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited is not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions made after attending a clinic. Our aggregate liability connected to a booked session is limited to fees paid for that session.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related bookings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
