Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited (“we”) controls personal data submitted through reason-waypointway.click and collected when you book Elliott wave annotation clinics. Contact: info@reason-waypointway.click, +852 2842 8388, The Landmark, 15 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

2. Data we collect

We collect your name, email address, session preference, preferred date window, and message content when you use the contact form. If you book a seat we may also keep attendance notes, deposit records, and dietary or access requests you volunteer.

3. Purposes

We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule clinics, issue preparation packs, process refunds where applicable, and meet accounting or legal obligations in Hong Kong.

4. Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are retained for up to 24 months. Booking and payment records are retained for up to seven years to satisfy ordinary business and tax requirements, then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, and information about how we use your data. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

6. International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Hong Kong. If a service provider processes data outside Hong Kong (for example email delivery), we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection and limit the data shared to what the task requires.
